2022: Brian Watson (VA Roughriders Co-Director), Mike Mack

Brian Watson

Brian grew up playing lacrosse in Wilton, Connecticut a hotbed for lacrosse and a multiple term State champion. He went on to play Midfield and ending at Attack, starting for Mid Atlantic Conference Fairleigh Dickinson University receiving all team honors through the regular seasons and tournament play. Brian has be an active leader in the lacrosse community in Virginia both at the youth and High School levels. Being an active coach in the Swift Creek Lacrosse Club, Richmond Shock Lacrosse, Richmond PALS and most recent with C2C Lacrosse. He also was instrumental in bringing Cosby High School VHSL sponsored lacrosse and stepped in as their Varsity coach year one to get the program started.

In addition to coaching a talented 2022 squad that has taken a tournament championship in almost each of its last 4 seasons, he helped orchestrate the Roughriders coming to Virginia and is actively working to bring the best coaches and players into the program across the State and continue the dominant legacy of the Roughrider Nation.

 

Mike Mack

Mike Mack grew up in Baltimore, MD where he attended the Boys’ Latin School. While at Boys’ Latin he played football and lacrosse. After his high school career, Mike played long-stick midfield at the collegiate level at Greensboro College in Greensboro, NC. Mike has been coaching lacrosse in the Richmond area since 2008 and is currently an assistant coach on the 2022 Roughrider team.
